Windows 11 error - ATEM Software Control and ATEM Setup

Using two different laptops with ATEM Mini Pro, I get this message when I click to open ATEM Software Control and ATEM Setup:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

I also get no Multiview on my brand new ASUS Monitor.

Are these corporate laptops?
If so you may need to have admin rights to access external devices.

Computer monitors don't always see broadcast standard signals. TVs tend to work fine.

It turns out that my PCMatic Super Shield was not allowing Software Control and ATEM Setup. I disabled the Super Shield and everything worked just fine.
