No audio levels if switch to line

When I conect mt atem mini pro to my mixer I get sound if my setting is on mic but when I switch to line like I am supposed to I get no levels. What am I missing

Best guess is that your mixer is outputting mic level, which is a much lower signal than line level.

The ATEM input needs to match the mixer output. I prefer line myself, but so long as they match, you're good.

What am I missing

Mic level is .001 to .010 volts.
Line level at -10db is .316 volts.

The mic level signal produces 30-300X less voltage than a -10db line level signal.
