Lower Thirds

We are currently using Propresenter to send as an output however the text is white in Propresenter7 and the text is converted to black in the atem when using the upstream key1, 2, or 3 keys.
Any resolutions to this issue

You would have to chroma key the GFX background out as you're using the USK.

If you just want white chose PP as the fill source.

How is your Pro Presenter machine connected to the ATEM? The best option is a Decklink card or an Ultrastudio with dual SDI connections configured as Key/Fill. You then use two different inputs on the ATEM configured as key and fill source for a luma key (either upstream or downstream key, both work)
