My church asked me to set up a Facebook live streaming system. I am asking for recommendations for a video capture device and any general recommendations. System will run on windows desktop computer running obs. HDMI 1080P/60 signal from a single Canon vixia hf r700 video camera. Using a USB audio recorder. I am considering a used pcie intensity PRO (not 4k) for $70, or a new intensity pro 4k or a decklink mini recorder 4k. Both cost about $200. Any advice would be appreciated.
