Decklink SDI 4K passthrough

Just installed a Decklink SDI 4K and I have a couple questions...

Is there any documentation for this card specifically? The generic Decklink PDF contains no specific info for this card. I'd like to know useful things like: what port is used for what?

What is the internal USB port used for, and should I connect it?

The internal USB connection is for factory use.
