8 sources shown at one time... possible?

I have 8 total video sources and 4 mic sources... running all at the same time.
4 sources will be digital video broken up into 4 equal quadrants (essentially, the backgrounds). 4 camera sources will be separated into the 4 quadrants but scaled down as thumbnails into the corners. The 4 mic sources will all be hot at the same time.
Will a couple of ATEM Minis and 4 cameras do this? Add OBS?
Thoughts?
