ATEM and URSA mini

We are about to purchase 4 URSA minis, ATEM 1 M/E Advanced Panel, a switcher that can get us 2MEs.

What is the best switcher option? Will we need fiber/fiber packs or can we control cameras by running SDI back to the cameras? What switcher will give us the outs we need?

You're gonna have to give a lot more detail about your requirements before you'll get any serious answers.

All Atems except the Atem Mini will do color control of the Ursa cameras.

If you dont need long lengths ( Over 60 / 90 meters) then 2 SDI cables will do fine. And you dont need fiber to do that.

Best way is to use a Distribution Amplifier. Put Program output to the DA. And use the outputs of the DA to all the cameras.

Set the CamID in the cameras to get the correct data for that camera into the camera for control and tally.
