Blackmagic Web Presenter

My Web Presenter will not power up but has a flashing green light on the front. Is this a fuse issue? What/If anything can I do?

I am getting just a green flashing light also. Any help would be most welcome!

We had to call BlackMagic and send the unit in for repair.

I have the same issue. Checked firmware and dip switches. Rebooted with no solution. Will not show up as device on Windows 10. Tried two different computers.

Software update tool from front USB does show device and system s up to date (v1.2).

Blackmagic Team, any insight would be helpful.

Same issue. If it helps. Strangely I was unable to update the device until I unplugged the power cord.

LED blinking green and device is not visible by windows.

I tryed update software without success.
