Overlays with Alpha Channel Not Showing

I have the ATEM Television Studio Pro 4K switcher. Everything works great until I try to do an overlay with an Alpha channel. I have been unable to get any graphic to show. I'm sure it is just a step that I am missing.

Any advice?

How do u send this Overlays into atem ?

ATEM control software: Media tab: Find the file: put it in one of the Stills boxes: Assign it to a Media Player: it show black with the graphic

When I go back to the Switcher, and push MP1 the graphic comes up with a white background. It is like it doesn't recognize the Alpha Channel.

Hello Simon. To verify that the graphic has an alpha channel look at the Media player key image. You should see white where the graphic is and black everywhere else. If it is not that, then the alpha channel is incorrect or missing. You should use Targa or PNG files with alpha uncompressed.

Fotog423 : Use PNG format from photoshop ..

And if U want to use this graphics , U must put this Media player into DSK .. In DSK setting set FILL as MediaPLayer 1 and KEY set MediaPlayer 1 Key .. And turn on DSK ..
