Reset ATEM mini to factory default state

Hello,
Trying find out how to perform a hard reset on the ATEM mini to reset back to it's factory default state. Anyone know how to do that?
Having trouble windows 10 not recognizing ATEM mini through USB type c connection.

I am also interested in learning how to do this. I read through the manual and did not see anything regarding doing a Factory Reset.

From the ATEM software, chose "Clear Startup state" from the file menu. This resets the operational parameters of the switcher to OOTB, but will doubtfully do anything for the USB connection.
Your issue is likely a bad cable, privacy settings, or bad drivers in Windows. I'd lean towards cable/permissions since the windows drivers for UVC video are standard/basic fare for windows-not much to go wrong there. If you can control the switcher over USB then your cable is OK and it's prob privacy settings. If it still doesn't work call BMD support.
