ATEM Mini Pro - HDMI Output Not Displaying

I now have an issue with my new ATEM Mini Pro not providing a signal out of the HDMI output port. It was working fine and I was able to plug into a 4K computer monitor and a 7" FeelWorld monitor with no issues. After a few hours of operation it just stopped and the monitors display "No Signal". I have tried multiple monitors and still no go. I have also tried all available ATEM Mini Pro resolutions/frequencies and still no go. I know that the 8.2.2 update addressed monitor connectivity issues. I see a thread where a group member had similar issues (with no resolution). Any ideas?

I think your HDMI cable failed. I’m had this happen to me while transferring files from a SSD to a computer, worked one day, didn’t the next. A new HDMI cable fixed the issue. Now I have spares!

I am having the same problem. I have tried 3 cables, all three cables work on my other ATEM Mini. Tried feeding it to two different monitors and even feeding the HDMI out to my second ATEM Mini. This ATEM worked fine yesterday...

i had the same thing happen today - my ATEM mini PRO output has stopped working - tried different cables, different monitors, different power sources for the monitors - HELP please!!!

I have the same problem just a few days ago with my ATEM Mini. The HDMI output suddenly lost signal half way through and it never come back again. I have changed out the hdmi cables, monitor and everything under sun to no avail. Contacted Blackmagic and a RMA was arranged. Unfortunately, I don't think I will get a replacement unit from BM anytime soon cause they said that stocks are not available.

Has there been any update on the ATEM Mini Pro not displaying HDMI output? This was working fine one day - I moved the device to my other computer and the cameras are no longer being displayed/recognized by the ATEM Mini. I'm wondering if this has to do with the latest firmware update? Anyone know how to roll back an update on the firmware?

Rolling back to older firmware doesn't solved the problem. As spoken to Blackmagic support, they reckoned that the HDMI output port is fried. Guess the only way is send it back if it is still under warranty.

unfortunately, if you ATEM Mini Pro ISO has lost HDMI output and the unit is not under warranty, they are happy to sell you another unit. No repair, no replacement, no nothing. Too bad, it was a good box while it worked, but sad they don't have anything for the out of warranty units. Just go buy a new one. Maybe not too expensive for a company, but not so cheap for me.

me too, main hdmi out of service, and the unit is out of warranty.
I must say that the assistance followed me to try to restore the software, but since it is a hardware problem and the machine out of warranty, their policy does not provide for the repair of the single chip but only the replacement of the entire motherboard.
This therefore leads to a cost of repurchase very similar to the purchase of a new unit, moreover the warranty of repurchase would be only 90 days.
on youtube there is a person who post a video of a chip replacement ( the chip is available on amazon with a cost around 10 euro ) the same chip used on Xbox.
