Why is the Decklink Quad HDMI Sold Out Everywhere?

Tried to search for an answer on the forums, couldn't find one. Need to do a livestream of a wedding and would like to use 3 cameras. I prefer to use OBS to manage the stream so having a PCIe card like a decklink or an intensity pro4k is preferred. Any idea why you can't get it anywhere?

Have you tried reverse image searching Google for the Decklink? I see CVP are selling it in the UK (don't know where you are based). I find this is a great way to find vendors who are selling products in general.
