I have the following set up.

MacBook Air 2020
Atem Mini
Elgato Stream Deck
BMPCC 6K
BMPCC 4K

I currently use ECAMM Live for broadcasting to youTube, via Skype.

It rarely works. ECAMM is so resource hungry, The fans blow, and nothing works.

I have spent a small fortune and I cannot broadcast live, high quality, easily and reliably.

I see thousands of people do so, but, even after spending a shed load of cash, I cannot do so.

I have tried setting up the Stream Deck by assigning hotkeys to it, to control the Atem mini, but, the hotkeys, when I press them do not work.

Is there anyone, in or around Buckinghamshire, in the U.K., who can spend half a day or so, with me, socially distanced, setting this up, and demoing how I can broadcast live, using the above set up.

Atem, helpline just say it is not them, it is ECAMM, and log onto a forum for advice, or watch videos. I have spent hours and hours watching videos.

ECAMM have not even bothered to reply to my request for help.

If you cannot visit me, then, something via Zoom. I can set up a camera, or, share my screen, or something.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I noticed ECAMM have a Facebook Community Group, called' ECAMM Live Community', have you tried posting the issue in there? Or if not a local PC expert might be able to help.
