Atemi Mini Pro input problems

Hi all. I have ad my Mini Pro up and running for a couple of week when all of a sudden input 3 has stopped working? Its not the source as if I saw between them everything works except on input 3. Any ideas?

I'm using the Mini, and about an hour into a stream Input 1 went black. I was able to switch the cable over to Input 2 and it's fine. Not sure if we're having heat issues...?

It's fine now, but I'll need to test a lot to trust it now, and I'm not sure I can back to "trust".
