output xml

I saw a youtube video that showed how to edit the xml file to change the output bitrate for the ATEM Mini Pro. So I was wondering if it is possible to also change the output resolution of the Mini Pro with XML? I would like 720p at 30fps. Is this possible? If so, where do I find the XML file?

No, the output is limited to 1080p. If you need 720p, perhaps the BMD Mini Up/Down/Cross Converter HD should to the trick?

Except the up down cross isn't a streaming solution. So the answer is No, No. Presuming it's the streaming section of the .xml your thinking of editing. Which your post does read like to me.

I wish it could output lower resolutions. We do live streams in remote locations with poor internet. 720p is our goto. This means connecting the ATEM to a laptop and running it through Wirecast or vMix to get a lower resolution. It works. but not idea.
