ATEM STUDIO HD FACTORY RESET

My Atem TV Studio interrupted its firmware update and now it doesn't turn on. Just start the refrigerator and everything in black. Only USBinput green light is on. Is there a way to reset a manufacturing state or some solution? I think I am going to die

Hello. You can enter the recovery mode by holding the Set button and applying power. I then recommend installing ATEM 7.5.2 using the USB connection.

Hi All! I'm have with same problem.. I've updating the atem television studio hd to 8.1 version, but during updating the ATEM stopped. Now, when start the atem just the cooler is inicialize with high voltage and leds of ethernet, usb are on.

Looking at the post near the top of this thread, I make the following recommendations.

Enter the "Recovery" Mode by holding the Set Button and applying Power. The Set may light up and you may hear fans. Install ATEM software 7.5.2 and connect only the USB cable to the ATEM. Not the Ethernet. Run the ATEM Setup Utility and apply the software update. The ATEM Television Studio HD should recover from this. If it does not, you may need to contact Support in your region. I hope this helps.

I was able to restore the ATEM. I connected the ATEM to the PC via the USB cable and ran the procedure again to reinstall the firmware. After the procedure, ATEM started working again. Thanks!

What version of Atem Setup is recommended for the switcher?

On the Television Studio Pro 4K, hold the "Set" button and apply power. Connect a USB only cable to the Computer and run the ATEM Setup Utility. The latests version of ATEM software will contain the latest version of firmware for the ATEM Television Studio Pro 4K. Note the firmware version for the switcher will not match the software version. I hope this helps.

Hi there, I've followed these same steps for v9.2.2, v8.6.5, and v7.5.2 to no avail. I am getting an error I can't seem to find anywhere: "USB cable disconnected or the device is in an invalid state." and the USB cable is definitely not disconnected as the installation appears to go all the way through before the unit just settles down into a solid red SET button. I'm guessing that means it's in an 'invalid state' but now I'm not sure how to get it back into a 'valid state'. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

If I follow this steps disconnect the power push set and reconnecct the fan starts turning fast and keeps that way how long does thei reset take?
