Hyperdeck Studio FTP Connection refused

Hi

As part of a setup, I have a Hyperdeck Studio that I'm trying to transfer files to/from.
When I try to connect to FTP, I get "Connection refused".
I've tried this from Filzeilla (1 system) and from command line (multiple systems) all on the same network subnet. The Hyperdeck has a DHCP allocated address so it's connected.

Total newbie question I know but the only reference I could find was computers on a different network to the Hyperdeck.

Only the Hyperdeck Mini has FTP built in.

Now to find out why the Windows laptop wouldn't read the drives?

DId you format the drives Exfat or HFS+ ?? Exfat is really recommended when you use windows.. HFS+ is a pain and needs a special driver on windows..

Also the Hyperdeck 8K does FTP. But the older models 1Ru rackmount hyperdecks do not have FTP.
