Transparent graphics - Atem mini pro

I’m trying to create transparent graphics in photoshop to put in mi atem mini pro. I sw several videos about how to do on youtube, but it doesn’t seems to work for me. When I put the picture in the media player and push the pre multiplier key, it makes the background (that is transparent) white and the graphic transparent. I created an alpha channel in Photoshop but still doesn’t work. I downloaded one somebody else created, and it works, I just don’t manage to create/edit one.

In Photoshop you need to delete white background layer. As long as you save it as TIFF or PNG it will handle the transparency for you...

I do that. I delete the white layer and put the graphics on separate (transparent) layers, then add a channel (alpha) and mark the other RBG channels. Save in PNG or TGA. Still not working.

With the premulitplierkey it’s totally wrong. If I unselect the premulitplierkey I see the graphics but the “fading”of the graphic (lower 3rd for example) effect is not working.

Still not managing to make it work

You mean i need to marge the layers?

Photoshop can handle merging on save. No need to merge layers manually before saving.

Can sombody explain what is wronge with my graphic? I can't manage to make it transparent with "pre multiplied key". If i mark pre multiplied key the logo becames transparent, but the rest becames whitish. I tryed all the options.

Same PNG file from Rosseirc download link above.
As you can see from pictures I had “Pre MultipliedKey” unchecked. But still feeding a key source “Media Player 1 Key”... Need more testing to figure out if my Atem mini pro iso behaves different from other Atems.

As far as file, it’s a simple save as PNG from Photoshop with lowest compression (larger file) transparent background of course.

Is the computer and operating system up to date

Are you using a current, or modern version of Photoshop

Are you making your titles in RGB colour space.

I use photoshop cc 2017, rgb. It works when i don't have "pre multipled key" (what does that even mean?) but i don't get the fading effect at the end as you, for me it looks like atotal solid, then whole thing.

Check the image how i have "Key source" selected...

Haven't used PS in years but downloading your file and re-saving it with Pixelmator Pro/Preview works with Pre Multiplied Key option selected.

Try saving as TIFF in Photoshop. (Confirmed to work, for me anyways)
