Hi guys!

Finally my new 2M/E advanced panel arrived. But, it seems so be going crazy by itself. Altough only the switcher (constellation) and no other device is connected, the preview and program bus begins to switch itself after a view minutes to random buttons from the panel.
Has anyone seen the same effect? Firmware ist the latest. Downgrade is not possible, because 8.3 is the only firmware availabe.
Switcher and Panel reboot didn't help. Switcher with an older 1M/E Panel does not show the effect.
Also, wenn i press the "Shift"-button, the Reset-Switch goes on.
Any suggestions?

Hello Robert. While this is a new panel, we haven’t seen this behavior. Your best choice is to contact Support in your region. Stay safe.

The exact same thing is happening in one of my projects making it useless.
Did you ever find out the reason?
Any help is appreciated.

The panel is back at Blackmagic for a replacement!

Exact same thing as happened to us. Brand new Panel and it is changing sources and settings all on its own. No control over it at all. Seems there maybe a bad batch!

The same thing is happening with ours. Seriously what is the fix for this?
