My ATEM Mini has been working like a champ for the last two months. However, this morning I turned everything on and it is only displaying input 1. Inputs 2, 3 & 4 just show up as black. I know it's not the cameras or the cables because I can switch between them with input 1 and they work fine. I tried searching the forum for this issue but didn't find anything. Anyone have any potential solution?

It's been widely reported that HDMI 1 is unlike the other HDMI inputs and the other inputs are much more sensitive to cables. So just because a particular cable works on HDMI 1 doesn't mean you should eliminate the possibility that you might need a different cable on the other ports. If you're using a passive cable then you might try an active cable (assuming your camera can power it) or a passive cable with thicker gauge wires. Shorter cables can't hurt either.

I too have this issue, but with hdmi ports 3 & 4 NOT working on the ATEM Mini Pro. I tried plugging in Cam 3 & 4 into HDMI Port #1 and they work fine. Anybody else got an idea on whats going on here?

This page has some interesting information on why the ports are different. The short story is that they are connected to completely different HDMI chips from different manufacturers.
