Hi everyone,
I'm new here. My name is Matthew.
I've been live streaming for over 6 months now.
I have been recording my stream in Quicktime on a new 2020 imac i7 and using Zoom to interact with my clients.
I've recently upgraded my capture card to the Blackmagic Ultrastudio Recorder 3g.
Now i find that I can not do both at the same time. I can not record in Quicktime AND stream in Zoom with this card. I get a message saying "The operation could not be completed".
The recordings in Quicktime are are so much better than an in Zoom recording so really need to have them both running at the same time.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Does anyone know of any issues at all.
If so are there any work arounds or fixes.
I'm running the latest desktop version of Blackmagic 11.6 and running OSX Catalina
