no stream via Archer MR600 router + Telekom LTE SIM

PostMon Sep 28, 2020 1:16 pm

hey folks,
this is my setup - Atem Mini Pro connected to an TP-Link archer MR600 LTE router in standard configuration, there is a LTE SIM card inside which works for any internet connection EXCEPT the Atem. Live streaming from a notebook webcam for example does work perfectly.
the Atem ON AIR keeps blinking and cache is filling and there is no preview on youtube.
If I plug in the DSL cable everything works as expected.
What is wrong with this combination? I am out of ideas.

Does anyone have a conclusion to this?

Don't consider this a final answer....but I've been on the phone with a few engineers and the problem seems to lie with mobile telecom providers. I have several ATEM mini PROs and they all work regardless of the router and switch configuration UNLESS it's destination is a mobile card instead of a hard line. I'm able to successfully pink Google DNS servers but for some reason it just doesn't work. I wonder if it's provider specific. I'm using AT&T.

Ok, thanks for your answer. This is really bad.
I tested another german provider (telefonica) and it seems to work, unfortunately with a very low bandwith.

Blackmagic Team, can you please have a look into this?
This seems to be some kind of a misconfiguration of the atem mini pro.
My uneducated guess is that it could have something to do with Telekom setup of their DNS servers.
