Macros (XML files) - question

PostWed Oct 21, 2020 6:54 pm

Here's a question I might not get an answer for but anyway: digging through the macro xml files I saw a parameter 'description=""' - does anyone know what it is used for? Is it meant for the "notes" window? I'm away from my switcher so I can't test it. Anybody?

When making a macro you can enter a title which displays everywhere. You can also enter a description of the macro which will display in the macro menu. Probably seldom used but may be useful for complicated similar macros. That description will show up in the XML file as well. Stay safe.
