Control URSA Focus with ATEM Cam Controller

Hello everyone,

maybe someone can shed some light on the latest development of the URSA Mini G2 when working with ATEM Cam Control.

So our ideal setup would be to control our 3 Cams remotely from the control room.
Up until now we do this with an ATEM TV Pro to remote control Studio Micros Cameras.
Since we're now switching up to URSA cams, we wondered if the ATEM Camera Control is also able to control focus remotely as well (since this kinda seems the be the only thing it does NOT do according to the specs).
I found a thread on these forums stating that ATEM Camera Control does control focus on the Cinema Pockets.

Does anyone know if the URSA G2 can get its focus controlled via ATEM Cam Control as well?

Assuming you are using the EF mount URSA Mini Pro, then yes you can remotely control focus on native EF lenses. You can also remotely control zoom on Canon's EF-mount Compact Servo lenses as mentioned in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=83260
