ATEM Mini Pro HDMI Output suddenly not working

Hi, I’m using an ATEM Mini Pro for 3 weeks, been using the HDMI Output with Multiview function. Worked perfectly for 2 weeks, and today suddenly it stopped working. Been using the same setup, same hardwares and same cables. So, I ran a few tests, and it came out with slightly different results :

PC01 - latest Chrome
- HDMI Output doesn’t work
- Streamkey on Facebook doesn’t work either.

PC02 - latest Chrome
- HDMI Output doesn’t work
- Streamkey on Facebook works

I’m using LAN Ethernet connection, not USB.

I also have another unit of just ATEM Mini, and the HDMI output works there. Same monitor, same cables. I’ve tried switching between 2 Atems, the result is still the same.

What happened ?

I have an ATEM mini pro ISO and i had the same issue, worked for a while and suddenly i snot working anywhere tried lenovo monitors vizio tv and multiple others and same result.
no signal i changed the fps and same issues

Same here using an Atem mini pro. No HDMI output signal what ever I connect to it. I tested 3 different monitors and tv direct with an HDMI cable. I am start thinking Blackmagic hardware is not reliable. I have 3 broken micro converters also.

Same here using an Atem MINI PRO. No monitor signal. The problem comes after 8.6 update. So i am downgrade to 8.5.3 and it works for a week good. Now I am can't work normal, I can't see a cameras on multiview monitor, only in OBS ......

It's the same for me. Have been using the Atem Mini Pro Iso for three weeks. Now the HDMI output is defective. I need technology that I can rely on!
