ATEM Mini USB feed Freezes/Stutters while HDMI is stable

I have a team attempting to setup an ATEM Mini and they have reported issues where the feed to the broadcast CPU is freezing. Sometimes it comes back, others times they toggle the input and the feed comes back. They report the HDMI feed maintains it's stability while the USB feed has issues.
They confirm they have updated the Firmware.
Is anyone experiencing similar issues and found resolution?

I would look at a possible USB cable issue, or the device it is being plugged into.

We have had this exact issue. We are using Microsoft Teams Live Events and it kills the stream. We are not having good luck with Teams and the ATEM Mini. I really like the hardware and the HDMI is rock solid, but the webcam interface has been very unreliable with Microsoft Teams.

All this is nothing new, unfortunately. These reports are all over this forum - they are just so diluted among other topics.
