If you are looking at the preview on your own screen and are using a video chat solution (such as Zoom), that is normal. It looks backwards to you, but will be the right way around to anyone else who is watching.
This is done because if you reach to your left, and the camera is not mirrored, it will look on the screen like you are reaching to the right (because your left is the camera's right), and that can be disorienting when you are watching it - but normal for anyone else.
These programs see the ATEM as if it were just another camera so they flip it the same way they would any other camera.
Zoom lets you turn off that mirroring in the camera settings, most other such applications do not.
