Teranex 2D Adjust ( ADJ ) Functionaltiy not available

Hi there,

today i got my ordered Teranex 2D and was testing it all day.
The main reason why i bought is was, that by now you can use the Adjust functionality.
But the menu in my Unit differs from the one in the manual. The ADJ Button does not work and in the Menu Adjust is missing but there is "Adjust fill" Instead which should not be in TOP Menu any more.
When i download the latest software form Sep. 5th, and install it, it says that my Teranex is up to date but it seems like i have an old SW Release on it.
Does anyone have an idea or does anyone know how i can figure out the installed SW-Release on the unit?
This problem realy drives me craty since this is the MAIN functionality why i bought the unit. We use it to adjust the aspect ratio for LED Video Wall Screens..

I noticed this when the last update came out too, but thought I was doing it wrong. Looks like it wasn't just me after all.

Can somebody from BM give a Statement here what er are doing Wrong or why this completly differe from
The manual that comes with The New Software?
This is Kind of urgent because we Need that for a live Production that Starts in 1 week..

Dear my friends,

I have never seen that kind of bussiness strategy. If its possibble, return or sell your teranex 2d processor and buy "video international hd pro series". I did.. It is a little bit more expensive but it works perfectly in every section and true broadcast quality.
