We are a church and we are trying to upgrade from an old SD video switcher but have this analog TV modulator that enables us to broadcast live over a local tv channel. We don't want to lose the broadcast tv ministry opportunity. We like what we see with the ATEM Television Studio Pro HD for our purposes now and potential future expansion. I need to know will it work though. Below is a workflow diagram of the proposed setup we would have.

I don't see any major issues with your proposed setup. Personally, I wouldn't use the same PC to do ProPresenter and streaming, I'd split those tasks over separate computers to ease the strain as both those processes can be resource intensive. Otherwise, seems fine to me.

I have made that point before. The mentality here is more of a "will it work" than a "is this best". I appreciate the feedback.

It will probably work but you may need to restrict your stream resolution and bit rate so as not to overtax the PC. It depends on how intensive the ProPresenter usage is.
