I haven't tried the 1M/E, only tried the Television Studio. On the TVS, you must select between four HDMI and two SDI, or the other way around. A wild guess; could that the way you have to do it on the 1M/E as well?
Sorry to hear about the issues you've had. Being one of our biggest resellers, this seems out of character for B&H. When you were troubleshooting, did you call our tech support for assistance? If you PM me the details on the issue and information on when you called into us, I'll see what we can do.
Here is an update, Spent some time on the phone with BM today. I was able to talk to a BM rep directly. I just want to make one thing clear. Blackmagic is NOT AT FAULT here. My issue is with BHphoto sending, then re-sending an item that was previously returned.
I feel like BH is totally misrepresenting Blackmagic design.
