Hi All,
I have two 1080 video sources representing left and right channels of a high end 3D camera. I'd like to record those channels (fmt) side-by-side into a 4K file. Simple, right? OK, here's the fun part - I'd like to be able to vary my frame rate widely, from timelapse to slo-mo. And take the rig with me on shoots, ideally without having to run switcher software on a laptop to make it work. Do any of the Blackmagic decks support that use case?
I could record 1080 and that may be the most practical, but 4K mastering would be so much better. I'm very n00b to your products but can see that you've got what it takes to grok my question and give me some good pointers.
