Atem Mini Pro Multiview Not working

Today I try to work with my Atem Mini Pro, but when I plug my monitor on multiview output, no signal, nothing go out. Then I try my tv, nothing. After that i try with Video capture card send signal on my tablet, I saw the multiview.
Can somebody help me, whats happend. Does someone have similar problem?

I have the same issue; zero output from single source and m/v

Change the ATEM setting from 1080p60 to 1080p30 output

What is your HDMI cable length?
Can you check with another device that the HDMI cable is fine?

it must have something to do with frame rates. Good advice.
