Atem Mini USB not working

Hi,
Have been using Atemi Mini for a while but now it is not being detected through the USB
Kindly what could be the issue

It is a common issue. Try power cycling the ATEM Mini.

Same issue here, 1-3 times a week.

If it is common, is BMD actively working on a fix, or even know what the root cause is?
