Atem mini compatibility with epson projector

Hello,

I have recently purchased an Atem mini to use as our switcher for our school classroom AV. I’m connected to a 2019 27in Imac going into the mini then to a HDMI splitter to 2 epson projector. One projector is slightly older then the other, the models being epson 5535u and the other 4855u. It shows up great on the 4855u but not on the 5535u.
I tried going direct to the projectors, bypassing the splitter and the results was the same. It seems newer epsons have compatibility issues that older models didn't have before.
Can anyone confirm this or have any solutions? Would really appreciate it because the atem mini is exactly what we’re looking for in our AV

I know how old this post is and the OP likely has resolved this or moved on, but this looks to be a firmware issue on the Epson.

Was searching for a similar issue and found this post.

Hopefully it helps someone in the future!

(FYI - I can't post URL's so I've added some spaces that you'll need to remove)

I'm from Brazil and I'm also experiencing these problems with some newer Epson projectors. What equipment is this Crossconvert?
