sdi to hdmi mini converters
Posted: Fri Oct 11, 2013 9:04 pmhas anyone had an issue with the mini converters not auto detecting sdi resolution.
a few boxes that lock to hdsdi signal just fine but when i feed them sd sdi they loose sync with the source and subsequent tv's ... the sdi lock light flashes intermittently also ... a simple power cycle fixes the the problem but thats very annoying to walk around and have to power cycle everything every-time.
sources are routed through a video hub.
would a firmware update fix the issue i'm hesitant to update any boxes because they work in their current setup although with the above issue.
