Hi everyone

Recently purchased the ATEM mini pro, and I'm trying to install the ATEM Switcher software on a Win10 64bit laptop. However, I run into these two error popups.

During Installation::;
Module C;\Program Files (x86)\Blackmagic Design\Blackmagic ATEM Switchers\BMDSwitcherAPI64.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024770. Contact your support personnel.

When trying to run the software after installation;
ATEM Software control.exe - System Error
The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I've tried reinstalling the software but the problem persists. Any help would be much appreciated please.

I had the same problem. Also with 8.6.2 and 8.6.3. I found the solution was to install Visual C++ Runtime. VC_redist.x64.
