No Switcher Connected

Just got the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO, plugged in the USB-C and downloaded the software the updated to v8.6.1. all was well, however when I plugged the ethernet cable into the ATEM control I got a flashing yellow light instead of the green an error message to say "No Switcher Connected". Can anyone tell me if this is suppose to flash yellow or did I miss a step in setup

I having a similar problem.. Obs doesn't notice on my iMac when i plug-in from ethernet. You may try seeing if youre using a bad ethernet cable.. that originally happen to me but now my problem is OBS doesn't notice the blackmagic.
