6K Pro and ATEM Extreme

Using the 6K Pro as the primary camera for live band performances going into the ATEM Extreme ISO to Castr to feed multiple live streams. Want the best possible quality WITHIN reason.

What resolution and compression would you use and why?

HDMI out to the extreme is only 1080
internal recording will only in BRAW when it is connect to a ATEM mini xxx

I understand that. What project setting would be best in the ATEM? Specifically frame rate. What compression in the camera? I know the camera setting are limited when connected to the ATEM but what else should I be looking at?

the stream output from a ATEM extreme is also only 1080
for youtube or multistream is 30fps at middle or low the best setting.

the camera can record 6k, 5,7k 4k, or HD in BRAW
here is the 5:1, 8:1 or Q5 a good choice, depending on your requirements in the end product
