Key Bug in ATEM Extreme

PostMon May 03, 2021 9:41 pm

I hit something wrong. Key 1 will go on and off as expected, but Key 2 now stays engaged after a transition, or when turning off PiP. This sound familiar to anyone?

If I use the default values for the DVE on Key 2, say by pushing the double box position for PiP, then it toggles as expected.

But if I change the values for Key 2, like the Size or Position, then it goes wonky on me. Key 2 will remain on screen even when the PiP is turned off.

If I set the switcher up to keep the PiP Keyer after transition, it does.

If I set the switcher up to drop the PiP Keyer, only Key 1 gets dropped.

Keying Bug

OK, so here's the deal.

As soon as I change the DVE Position or Size for either Key 1 or 2, my PiP goes from a 2 up to a 1 up. Can't have a 2 up PiP unless we use the default DVE values.

That seems like a bug to me.
