Getting Cam In Sync

I have 3 BMD Pocket 4K cams and 1 LUMIX G5. The whole ATEM setup is at 30 fps.
The Lumix cam is out of sync by a little - out of sync when it’s set to 30 fps / 60 shutter (which is what all of the other cams are set at). I then set it at 60 fps / 60 shutter and it is in sync.
Why is this?
Is there a problem running it at a different frame rate?
