Live streaming with Microsoft Teams

Recording with the Sony PXW-FS5 & ATEM Mini Pro ISO to an external hard drive works flawlessly.
Live streaming via Microsoft Teams, on the other hand, produces blurry images for viewers from time to time. What could be the reason for this? Thx.

Poor Internet seems likely.

The Laptop is on a wired connection with at least 20 Mb/s Upload?
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
