Birddog 4K Quad NDI Decoder

This probably belongs in a Birddog forum, but maybe someone's got a tip:
I picked up a 4K Quad NDI converter, that can encode / decode up to 4 NDI streams from / to 4 12G SDI outputs, trying to grab individual participants from a MS Teams meeting.
Now I know that Teams changes the output resolution based on available bandwidth, but I was hoping the Atem Constellation would rescale on the fly.
Here's the signal I get:

I guess I could use a DVE to crop and zoom.
Or maybe stick with OBS for my NDI sources, where you can choose to always scale the source to a certain size, but I'd rather not add another interface...

The BD doesn't scale low res input streams to FULL output.. This is exact what you are seeing here as Teams outputs low res NDI out..

I'm even surprised you were able to see the NDI feeds. ( as in that it is FULL NDI instead of NDI-HX which the BD does not support )

Thanks, I just assumed it would scale. Hope I find some other use for it...
