ATEM Camera Convertor

Hi,I bought from you ATEM camera convertor and ATEM Studio Convertor. View videos normally sits but analog audio input sound sits with overmodulation AND There is a high frequency sound to analog convertor. On Cofuguration utilites Softvare the other setting is not active. I cant to regulate the voices.What I can do with this.

For a user supported reply... I have never been truly satisfied with the analog to digital converters for the ATEM camera units. Instead I embed the audio via SDI and shoot that down the line. Audio is much, much cleaner that way. If you have an HDMI or SDI camera, place the audio on the camera instead of on the ATEM and you should get cleaner sound. Make sure nothing is plugged in to the audio ports on the camera converter.

I know Everthing What you wrote. I gave over the SDI but there are the voices with High frequency again
