VIDEO-CALL-SOFTWARE for highest quality image transmission?

Hello,

I'm using an ATEM-MINI + 4K-CAMERA + SKYPE for video-calling. The ATEM-MINI is converting the 4K-video-input to 1080p in real time. I'm surprised about the extrem super-quality of the ATEM-MINI!!!

My INTERNET UPLOAD SPEED (bandwidth) is 200 megabits per seconds (mbps)!

PROBLEM: the image transmission of SKYPE is horrible! SKYPE makes only sense when using a low quality webcam.

MY GOAL IS:

RESOLUTION = 1920x1080 pixels
FRAME RATE = 25 frames per seconds
BIT RATE = 30-60 megabits per seconds

1.) QUESTION: What is the "best" VIDEO-CALLING-SOFTWARE with highest quality image transmission (1920x1080 / 25fps / 60 mbps), when using the USB webcam output of ATEM-MINI?
ATEM MINI + USB webcam output + WITH WHICH "STREAMING SOFTWARE"?

OR THIS ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION? => direct streaming via Ethernet using ATEM MINI EXTREME + [b]WITH WHICH "MEDIA PLATFORM"?

Honestly, I think your best results will be had if you just stream to your own web site. All the 'interactive' streaming options like Skype, Zoom, Teams, etc. all look like **** by comparison. They're just not designed for high quality streaming, I think.
