mini pro - connection to network fails

yesterday I got my (used) ATEM mini pro. Running the setup, I tried to connect my WIN10 notebook with USB-C to the mini -> worked. Next step I tried to connect the mini via ethernet to my network (router: FritzBox, activated DHCP-lease) But neither DHCP nor fixed ip worked, so that the control-software could not find the mini. Using a fixed ip I tried to send pings to the mini: host does not answer. I changed the ip - tried again: no connection.
What can I do to get connection to the mini via ethernet?
All other components work fine on my network.
I tried to register a fixed ip in the divice-list of the router. But the router-software wants to have the MAC-adress of the mini Pro. Where can I find the MAC-adress?
