Audio issues with DeckLink SDI 4K (Zoom,OBS,GoToWebinar)

We do many Livestreams at the moment and bought the DeckLink SDI 4K for that.
The Video and Audio works fine, when you add the DeckLink in OBS as "Video Capture Device".
But if I add the Audio extra as "Audio Input Capture", the sound is horrible - it's stuttering and sounds like a robot. This Problem is the same, when I wanna make a Zoom call or when I work with GoToWebinar...

Do you have the same issues or a solution for that?

I'm using Windows 10 and the latest Desktop Video 12.1 (before the 12.0)

I'm also experiencing the same issue: DeckLink Mini Recorder 4K using the SDI input with embedded audio.

Though in my case I think even the audio coming into OBS via the DeckLink mini plugin is not quite right. It's definitely cleaner and more intelligible, but it sounds deeper and slightly tin-y, almost as if there was heavy noise reduction occurring. Attempting to use a separate Audio Input capture in OBS produces a stuttering, static sound. The same goes for grabbing the Blackmagic input in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Voicemeeter, etc.

I'm on Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19042 Build 19042 and using Desktop Video 12.1.

No, I didn't find a solution yet... same problem as described.

DISTORTED AUDIO FROM SDI WORKAROUND

First remove the separate audio input device in OBS and right click on the Video Input and click properties.

Click the Use custom audio device to hear the distorted audio.

Then uncheck the Use custom audio device.

The sound should become clear.

Make sure you unhide the audio meters to the right with a left click.
