Hello all,
I am trying to update the software on an ATEM 2 broadcast panel to 4.1.2.
Upgrade went fine with the switcher chassis but the panel refused to update. Halfway through I get the error "Software Update failed. Please cycle power and try again"
I've tried 2 macs and a PC, always the same error. Now I'd be happy with an older firmware as long it matches the chassis. Trying 3.4 but I get the same exact error.
These are not my machines and I have never used them before but I am prepping them for a concert in a few days.
Any help is much appreciated. Called Black Magic support. They said try updating to 4.0 and then 4.1.2 but I could not even get the 4.0 setup utility to work.
Veeeeeery annoying. Thanks for any suggestion.
