ATEM Camera Converter - won't output 1080p50

Recently we discovered some issues with our ATEM Camera Converter's. There are no problem to input 720p50p, but when we try to input 1080p50p, our camera converters doesn't detect any video signal (there are no video in the converter output and neither do the video "green light" show. We have tried to input both 1080p50p and 1080p50i from both a pre recorded 1080p50p/1080p50i from our Video Assist. We have also tried to input 1080p50p via pre-recorded from our HyperDeck Studio.
However, we tried to direct input 1080p50p and 1080p50i via our Panasonic AG-AC160AEJ. When we did that, the ATEM Camera Converter did detect the input and it was displayed correctly. All of our inputs are routed via an ATEM Broadcast Studio 4k.
All converters are up to date with the latest firmware.
Anyone knows what his problem we are facing are?
