Hi,
I have an issue with my ATEM Mini Pro. When I am connecting an audio source to the Mic1/2 or a Pocket 4K/6K via HDMI it does not pick up any sound. Meters show nothing, even though all Mics/Audio-channels are open (meters should be active even without being open I guess).
The ATEM has the newest firmware (but the issues persists since about a year now), I am using the newest Software Control and tested it on multiple computers (MacBooks and iMacs).
Is there a way to complete factory reset the ATEM?
