Hello,
it seams our Smart Videohub 20x20 (software version 6.4.1) does not support the CUT BUS feature.
When I press the menu button, the only parameters I can set are IP parameters. I can't enter any "settings" menu where I could find the "use TAKE" parameter.
Can anyone please confirm that this hardware does not support this feature or do I need a firmware update?
If this case, how can I proceed?
